Before enrolment, parents and guardians should be sure that children are mature enough (mentally and physically) to do the proposed activity. The following are the recommended minimum ages for the various activities.

  • Taster sessions- 8 years of age.
  • Star courses- 14 years of age.
  • Paddlepower courses- 8 years of age.
  • Holiday courses- 8 to 16 years of age.
